Return policy

Cancellation We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped out, we can no longer cancel the order.

Returns (Only for Quality Issues) We strive for perfection, but we understand that issues can occur. Please note: We do not offer a "7-day or 14-day no-reason return" policy. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: You have the right to apply for a return within 48 hours (instead of 14 days) after receipt if the product arrives damaged or has significant quality defects.

  2. Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals/tags intact.

  3. Proof: We require unboxing photos or videos as proof of the defect to process your request.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Minor color differences due to monitor settings.

  • Items damaged by improper personal use.

  • Products with broken security seals (for iPhones/Electronics).

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or quality defect), we will cover the shipping. For any other pre-approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
